Midwest Tactical Supply uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time we ask for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Money Order (USPS only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check or money order, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will assist you in returning the item(s) to us. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and must be in like-new condition with all accessories and packaging materials included.

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.
Shipping and Fullfillment
Products purchased are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account, clicking on Your Account in the top menu, and then clicking on Review Online Orders. Orders greater than 0.00 will be shipped to the Billing Address of the Credit Card used.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places their order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

To purchase ammuntion from Midwest Tactical Supply you must agree to the following:
1. You agree and accept all policies described below.
2. You are at least 21 years of age (for handgun ammuntion) or 18 years of age (for rifle ammuntion).
3. By purchasing ammunition, you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws.
4. You have not been convicted of any felony, a misdemeanor of domestic abuse, and you are not chemically dependant.
5. You have no legal restraint which would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition.
6. You have never been committed to any mental institution, or been adjudicated as mentally defective.
7. You will not sell ammunition to any minor.
8. You do not live in a state, city, or county that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring ammunition. The following is a list of areas where we will not ship ammunition to. This is not a comprehensive list, but is meant as a guide. It is in no way meant to include all laws and restrictions accross the United States. Please contact the authorities in your area for any possible restrictions. If you do live in a restricted area, your order will be canceled.
State/Locality Restrictions
California: Napa and Yolo Counties. The cities of Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento and San Francisco.
Hawaii: No sales.
Illinois: The city of Chicago. All Illinois residents must fax us a copy of their FOID card in addition to their State ID.
Massachusetts: No sales
Maryland: City of Annapolis and Montgomery County. No sales.
New York: City of New York, or its five burroughs. No Sales
Washington DC: No sales.
New Jersey: When ordering ammunition commonly used in a handgun/to be used in a handgun, we need a copy of your Fireams ID.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
